Cocoa butter

Cocoa butter is the cocoa fat of the cocoa seeds, Latin oleum cacao: a light yellowish, aromatic fat, with a melting point at body temperature. Cocoa butter is obtained from the fat of the cocoa beans or parts of cocoa beans.

In order to produce pure chocolate in which the full aromatic intensity of the fine flavour cocoas can unfold, we only use pure ingredients. For the dark fine flavour cocoa chocolates: Fine flavour cocoa, cocoa butter and cane sugar. For our milk fine flavour cocoa chocolates, we only add whole milk powder.

Exception: We add cream powder to our fine cream chocolate with fine cocoa from Madagascar.
