Due to government restrictions to control the Corona pandemic, shipping to some countries is currently restricted. Please check with our shipping partner UPS for the latest information on the affected regions before placing your order.
You can choose between the following shipping methods to ship your order:
Germany
DHL GoGreen standard shipping for deliveries within Germany
Our delivery time is currently 2-3 business days within Germany, unless a longer delivery time is indicated on the product detail page of the respective items you ordered. From a gross value of goods in the amount of € 49.00 your order is free of charge. Below this limit, the shipping costs are € 4.90.
There is no delivery to post office boxes.
DHL Express GoGreen Shipping (Germany only)
With express shipping your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, no delivery on Saturdays and Sundays) after we receive your payment within Germany. If you order before 1 pm CET, the delivery will usually take place on the next working day. For express delivery there is a charge of € 12.90 per order.
Express deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes, post offices and packing stations.
International
UPS standard shipping for deliveries within Europe (Zone 1)
The delivery time for countries within Europe (Zone 1) is 3-6 business days. For the shipping of your order, regardless of the order value, a one-time shipping fee of € 6.90 per order will be charged.
UPS standard shipping for deliveries within Europe (Zone 2)
The delivery time for countries within Europe (Zone 2) is 3-8 business days. For the shipping of your order, regardless of the order value, a one-time shipping fee of € 8.90 per order will be charged.
UPS standard shipping for deliveries within Europe (Zone 3)
The delivery time for countries within Europe (Zone 3) is 4-7 business days. For the shipping of your order, regardless of the order value, a one-time shipping fee of €10.90 per order will be charged.
UPS standard shipping for deliveries within Europe (Zone 4)
The delivery time for countries within Europe (Zone 4) is 4-8 business days. For the shipping of your order, regardless of the order value, a one-time shipping fee of €11.90 per order will be charged.
UPS express shipping for deliveries within Europe (Zone 5)
The delivery time for countries within Europe (Zone 5) is 2-3 business days. For the shipping of your order, regardless of the order value, a one-time shipping fee of €39.90 per order will be charged.
UPS standard shipping for deliveries to non-EU countries (except Great Britain)
The delivery time for countries in non-EU countries (Norway, Switzerland) is 2-6 business days. For the shipping of your order, regardless of the order value, a one-time shipping fee of € 22.90 per order will be charged.
UPS Express Shipping for deliveries to North America (Canada, USA)
The delivery time for countries in North America (Canada, USA) is 3-5 business days. For the shipping of your order, regardless of the order value, a one-time shipping fee of € 59.00 per order will be charged.
Self-Pick-up
You have the option to pick up your order at the Rausch chocolate house in Berlin. There are no delivery charges. For this purpose, please select "Self-pick-up" as the shipping method. Upon placing your order, you will be told when the items will be available for pick-up at the Rausch chocolate house.

Shipping conditions in summer
Enjoy your Rausch chocolates even at warm temperatures. Your order will be protected from heat by our refrigerated shipment with a Rausch cooler bag and cool packs. You can order the cooling delivery in your shopping cart for a small extra charge (€ 2.50). We would also like to inform you that we strongly advise against dispatch to packing stations or post offices during the summer months to avoid heat damage. Please make sure that the package can be accepted by you upon delivery by our logistics partner.
To ensure that your favorite Rausch chocolates arrive at your home in the usual top quality, we do not send the parcel if the outside temperature exceeds 28 degrees. We use the temperature in Berlin as a reference value, as we send your parcel directly from the chocolate manufacture in Berlin-Tempelhof. Even with selected refrigerated shipping, there will be no shipping from a temperature of 28 degrees. As soon as the temperatures allow, your order will of course be executed immediately. We ask for your understanding for the resulting longer delivery times.
This regulation applies to express shipping only if the outside temperature is above 30 degrees. Below 30 degrees, your express delivery will be delivered as usual in 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, no delivery on Saturdays and Sundays) after receipt of payment within Germany. For orders placed before 1 pm CET, delivery is usually on the next working day. Express delivery is subject to a charge of € 12.90 per order. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer express delivery to any address abroad.
Protection of minors and shipment of alcoholic products
If your order includes goods, which are subject to age restrictions, we ensure by a proven procedure of age verification that the recipient has reached the required minimum age. This includes that the carrier delivers the goods only after age verification and only to the recipient in person, authorized recipients as well as adult relatives of the recipient and other persons present in the recipient's premises.
There is no delivery to neighbors, other house residents as well as to DHL packing stations.
Orders containing age-restricted goods cannot be delivered by DHL Express or to addresses outside Germany.
