The Rausch online shop allows the use of direct bank transfers, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), the German Sofortüberweisung service and PayPal. We must ask for your understanding that not every customer can receive the full range of payment options. Payment by invoice or by cash on delivery are not possible at our shop.
2. Can you gift-wrap the chocolate I ordered and then send it either to me or to a third party?
Yes, this is one of the options provided in the order process. You can even select the wrapping paper. In addition, you can also add a few personal words on a greetings card. You can specify several invoice addresses and also several different delivery addresses on your account.
3. Is there a minimum order value?
No, Rausch allows you to shop as much or as little as you like. Moreover, shipping is free for registered customers within Germany.
4. Where can I redeem a voucher code?
You can redeem your voucher in the Order Summary, also below the list of items.
5. What delivery options are available?
We offer standard delivery, express delivery, same-day delivery and pick-up. Standard delivery usually takes between 2 and 4 working days. For customers and tourists in Berlin we also offer same-day delivery and a pick-up option at the Rausch Chocolaterie.
6. Do you also deliver to other countries?
Yes, we deliver to all countries within Europe, except Switzerland. Shipping costs for Germany and for other countries can be found under Shipping Information. We do not currently deliver to countries outside Europe.
Please note During the summer months ( 1st June to 31st August) is sent abroad due to high temperatures not possible.
7. Where can I view my orders or edit details?
Go to “My Account” where you can view outstanding and past Orders. This is a convenient function where you can easily track delivery and order new items. You can also find and update the Details you entered (email address, password, etc.).
8. Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve placed it?
Yes, you can change or cancel an order or any of the details, provided that your items have not yet been dispatched. To do so, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible, either by email – firstname.lastname@example.org – or by phone, a +49 30 757 88 2411 (free within Germany, Mondays to Fridays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CET).
9. Where do I find information about the progress of my order?
Details of the order and delivery progress can be found in your account, under Orders. In addition, we will send you shipping confirmation by email as soon as we have sent off your chocolate. This email contains a shipping number so that you can track your order.
10. Can I return goods? Who will pay for the return?
Yes, you can return an item within the statutory cancellation period of two weeks provided that the relevant item has been left unopened and still bears the quality seal. Please note, however, that this does not apply to personalised items or items on which you have presented a complaint. If you return an item without a reason, then the postage is your own liability. If we are responsible, then we will reimburse the postage and, where appropriate, send you a free replacement or reimburse you for the price you paid.
11. How do I mark items for a later purchase?
As a registered customer, you have the option of setting up a wish list of items you might like to order in the future. Go to the relevant item and click the heart under the brief description. All items marked in this way are now listed on your Wish List in your customer account section.
12. Can I also order by phone?
Yes, you have the option of ordering by phone: +49 30 757 88 2411 (free within Germany, Mondays to Fridays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CET). However, having done so, you can still continue to use our convenient online shop at www.rausch.de.
13. Where do I find nutritional details and allergy information on Rausch chocolate?
You can find this information on the page of each item under “Details”. These are the details of ingredients, nutritional values, traces and allergens.
