White chocolate
White chocolate is a product made from cocoa butter, milk or milk products and sugars, containing at least 20 % cocoa butter and at least 14 % milk powder consisting of partly or wholly dehydrated whole milk, semi- or full-skimmed milk, cream, partly or wholly dehydrated cream, butter or milk fat, including at least 3.5 % milk fat. White chocolate is strictly speaking not a real chocolate, as it does not contain cocoa mass.
