The handmade chocolate creations are made in the Rausch chocolate manufactory in Berlin Tempelhof. All compositions are based on high-quality fine flavour cocoa from plantations in regions of origin along the equator. The patisserie produces daily fresh fine Mini Tortes and exquisite pralines for the chocolate house.
