Mixing

»Mixing« refers to a further step in the process of chocolate manufacturing. After grinding the fine flavour cocoa, it is mixed with a few ingredients to form the chocolate mass. All the ingredients will be put in a blender in perfect proportion - our sweet but closely guarded secret - and mixed into the fine cocoa mass. The ingredients are purely natural, without any additives: fine cocoa mass, cocoa butter and cane sugar. During the manufacturing of our light fine flavour chocolate, whole milk powder is also added.
