Patisserie

Patisserie, in Frenc »pâtisserie« (pâtisser = to knead, to bake a cake, pâte = dough), describes the craft of pastry-making. In our patisserie at the Rausch chocolate manufactory in Berlin-Tempelhof, our chocolatiers create new recipes and produce fresh chocolate creations every day. In the chocolate house you have the opportunity to peek into the live patisserie and watch the chocolatiers creating.
