In 1998 Jürgen Rausch developed the ›Rausch Plantagen-Schokoladen‹. These were produced only from raw cocoa from one single country, region or sometimes only from a fine flavour cocoa plantation. Today the pure fine flavoured chocolates are known as ›Rausch Plantagen‹. The following varieties:
