With aroma-intensive fine flavour cocoa chocolates and chocolates, it is excellent for cooking and baking. The 2.3 centimetre thick, solid block of fine milk chocolate with a pure cocoa content of 39 percent is ideal for preparing desserts, pastries and couvertures.

We ship the blocks of the variety 'Rausch Plantagen Grenada 39 %', which we obtain from pure 'Rausch Plantagen-Schokolade', fresh and decoratively packed, covered and protected by clear foil.
