In this version with our fine flavour cocoa milk chocolate ›Rausch Plantagen Venezuela 43 %‹ coated with rare Ocumare fine flavour cocoa.

A juicy-chocolaty baked result and an absolute classic for every tea and coffee set.

Der Baumkuchen an sich war leider von

Der Baumkuchen an sich war leider von der Konsistenz her nicht mit original Salzwedeler Baumkuchen vergleichbar, er wirkte wie ein normaler etwas festerer Rührkuchen. Ich habe daher meine Zweifel, dass er klassisch horizontal über einem Feuer gedreht und regelmäßig mit frischem Teig übergossen wurde.

Die Schokolade war allerdings top und das Beste, was ich als Glasur bisher auf der Zunge hatte. Trotzdem werde ich wohl bei dem bisherigen Baumkuchen aus Salzwedel bleiben, auch wenn dort die Glasur schlechter ist.
