The 2.3 centimetre thick, solid block of fine flavour cocoa chocolate with a pure cocoa content of 60 % is especially suited for the preparation of desserts, pastries and couverture.

We send the blocks of the variety 'Rausch Plantagen Peru 60 %', which we obtain from pure fine flavour cocoa chocolate, freshly and decoratively packed, covered and protected by clear foil.
