The 'Rausch Plantagen Costa Rica 84% Cuvée Prestige' combines the essence of nine of the best fine cocoas from our own plantation in a compact format. This top-quality product unfolds a fascinating range of completely new flavor facets thanks to the different characteristics of the varieties combined in it - perfect for cocoa enthusiasts.
Each variety adds its own unique character: from intense, earthy notes to gentle fruity and slightly nutty hints. The result is a highly aromatic and finely balanced chocolate with a cocoa content of 84% that is both powerful and balanced.
A product based on sustainability and origin
The cocoa beans come from sustainable cultivation in Costa Rica and are strictly selected. Refined according to traditional recipes , the chocolate contains nothing but cocoa and fine cane sugar - nothing more is needed to experience the original taste of cocoa in all its facets. Each layer of this melt-in-the-mouth chocolate melts on the tongue, allowing the intense aromas to gradually come to the fore.
