This fine flavour cocoa chocolate with an expressive cocoa note made from the best SAMBIRANO No. 1 fine flavour cocoa is not made with whole milk as usual, but with cream and is therefore also a fine cream chocolate. The fine flavour cocoa for this variety thrives in the Sambirano region of this huge island off the east coast of Africa. In the northwest of Madagascar, in the Ambanja region, the humidity and warm climate are ideal for growing the best fine flavour cocoa in the country. The cocoa varieties that predominate there are descended from Criollos, which were introduced to Madagascar as early as 1800. Later they were crossed with Trinitarios, resulting in the unique fine flavour cocoa varieties typical of Madagascar.

Wir hatten bisher immer die Minis mit

Wir hatten bisher immer die Minis mit höherem Kakaoanteil, aber meine Mutti wollte mal zusätzlich etwas sahnigeres. Die 55%igen sind sehr lecker und zergehen im Mund. Andere Schokolade als die von Rausch kommt für uns nicht mehr in Frage.

Die Madagaskar 55% sind für mich die noch etwas cremigere Variante zu Peru 60%, doch beide sind meine Favoriten. Wenn ich Schokolade nasche, dann nur eine von den beiden.
