Mini Tortes
The minimisation of the German word »Torte« (cake). Therefore the Mini Tortes represents a modified miniature cake: fine cake, usually made up of several layers, filled with cream, mousse or ganache or covered with fruit and decorated in various ways, usually of circular shape. Our classic and seasonal Mini Tortes are freshly produced daily by our in-house patisserie in the Rausch chocolate manufactory in Berlin-Tempelhof. You can enjoy these little masterpieces 364 days a year in the chocolate house in the Chocolate Café or Deli or take them home as dessert.
